福汇非对称性滑点被FCA处罚事件（续）
网就福汇对中国客户的福汇非对赔偿问题,采访了FCA（英国金融行为监管局）及FXCM企业传讯及投资者关系部副总裁Jaclyn Klein。
Jaclyn Klein Said ：
Any client that held their account with Forex Capital Markets Limited ("FXCM Ltd") and 称性处罚FXCM Securities Limited ("FXCM Securities") (together "FXCM UK"), during August 2006 and December 2010 and were affected by this will be notified within 60 days by the company and credited.

FCA Arturo John said：
The 事件redress FXCM will be paying, should be for all customers of FXCM UK, not just those who are residents in UK.
Firm will contact customers and provide redress in next 60 days, so you should wait for the firm to contact you within next 2 months. Otherwise, you can contact Firm to find out when redress is likely to be paid within next 60 days. If you have an account that’s open, obviously they will be here, if you have an account that’s closed, the firm probably need you take some steps.

FXCM需对FXCM UK的所有受此次风波影响的客户支付赔偿款，不仅仅是福汇非对可靠的外汇交易商英国公民。
FXCM UK 会在60天内主动联系其客户并支付赔偿金的称性处罚，当然你也可以主动与FXCM UK联系，滑点咨询什么时候支付赔偿金。事件如果你福汇的福汇非对账户目前在用，显然赔偿金会转到到你的称性处罚账户，如果你的滑点账户已注销，你需要按FXCM UK告知你的事件流程操作就能得到赔偿金。
